Hi Salsa Admins!

Several people were asking how to add CI runners for their favourite
architecture, and some also just wanted to donate more runner capacity
to help Debian, so I wrote the page

Do you have any feedback about the doc or about people contributing
runners in general?

PS. Thanks for maintaining Salsa, the vast majority of Debian
Developers seem to find it very useful and makes Debian work much more
enjoyable!
