You have correctly `expermimental` as the target in the
debian/changelog in
https://salsa.debian.org/rocm-team/rocminfo/-/blob/588d556e2d2b1367c28b412ae2280ce2e7ad537f/debian/changelog
and from log https://salsa.debian.org/rocm-team/rocminfo/-/jobs/6342778
I can see that it uses experimental:
Hit:1 http://deb.debian.org/debian unstable InRelease
Hit:2 http://deb.debian.org/debian-debug unstable-debug InRelease
Get:3 http://deb.debian.org/debian experimental InRelease [101 kB]
Get:4 http://deb.debian.org/debian experimental/main amd64 Packages [542 kB]
There might be something off with pinning. We might need to experiment
with updating https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/commit/ab98584409e5d8fd260eed8c7a01689a7f59dfa8
to have both backports and experimental pinned by default.
