[Debian-salsa-ci] Can Salsa CI help decrease the number of rejects in NEW?

Hi FTP Masters,

Would you like to collaborate on having better copyright related
checks in Salsa CI?

In Salsa CI we have now integration with lrc to automate license
checking, and we could extend it to do even more checking, for which I
filed https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/issues/478 for
tracking.

I think Salsa CI could help the NEW queue processing if it increases
the quality of the submissions and decreases the number of rejects. In
Debian we also don't review any copyright for packages *already* in
the archive, so having copyright related checks in CI could help
elevate the overall archive copyright situation.

Please let me know if this sounds useful and if it is worth investing
more time in this idea.
