This list is today significantly shorter, yay!
I filed an issue in Salsa CI to continue to promote use of both Salsa
and Salsa CI in parallel to the remaining maintainers who don't yet
use them: https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/issues/416
