[Debian-salsa-ci] Salsa CI allotted two GSoC students for summer 2025

Hi all!

Great news! We had two excellent GSoC candidates who many of you have
already seen in Salsa CI issues and elsewhere, and we managed to
showcase their work and proposals well enough to Google that these
were announced today as selected:

I will be spending part of my Debian time this summer to mentor them,
