To avoid interrupting the meeting by bot messages for example and to avoid
discouraging people to use #salsaci to ask any questions out of the flow of
the meeting without the need to wait until the end of the meeting.

The other less important reason was that the bridge between #salsaci
and its Matrix
counterpart doesn't work properly due to the NickName registration requirement,
just using IRC wasn't preferred because IRC isn't user friendly to
setup and just
using Matrix wasn't preferred because many Debian contributors prefer IRC but
this could have been solved easily anyway.
