I am now officially kicking off the weekly team meeting :)

Remember that the primary way to discuss issues is still the issues
themselves in context at

(asynchronously). The purpose of this weekly meeting is to have a
chance to chat in real-time (synchronously). For the chat to really be
in real-time, please join on time and be active at least the first 10
minutes, or as long as we have items to discuss on the agenda.

You can suggest agenda items at the beginning of the meeting, or in
advance by simply putting them in at
https://pad.debian.net/p/SalsaCIMeeting, where we might also make some
meeting notes. We will try to keep this informal and avoid extra work.
If there are no agenda items, the meeting will be quick.

The channel is open and anyone can attend. The target group is those
who work on Salsa CI development.

I will announce a separate weekly meeting for Salsa CI users, with
more of a focus on providing support, probably earlier on Fridays or
on Thursdays..
