[Debian-salsa-ci] replace reprotest by debrebuild

Hi,

for the past year we have been working on

https://reproduce.debian.net/

which tries to reproduce what was shipped by ftp.debian.org. This uses 
the debrebuild tool from devscripts instead of reprotest. I propose to 
replace reprotest with debrebuild in:

https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/merge_requests/678

Note that this has a couple of benefits:

- Only one extra build needed instead of two with reprotest.
- Uses the same sbuild and ccache tooling as the normal build.
- Works for any Debian release.

There is also work in progress to integrate reproduce.d.n with Britney:
