[Debian-salsa-ci] ccache stats and performance evaluation (in CI contexts)

Hi!

Salsa CI has been zeroing stats since 2019, almost since the beginning
of starting to use ccache, but stopped doing it a month ago with the
sbuild changes. If you want to use the --print-log-stats feature, feel
free to implement it. It is available in ccache v4.4, in Debian since
summer 2021 and from Bookworm onwards). If you don't plan to implement
that soon, then it would probably be better to revert to the old
behavior of zeroing stats before every run.
