[Debian-salsa-ci] Salsa CI needs more contributors - please help share the load

Hi Arnaud, Huiying, Paride + anyone else with interest in Salsa CI,

If you have any spare time, now would be a good time to contribute to Salsa
CI :)

If you don't have time to submit MRs to fix issues, please at least comment
issues and open MRs so that we have higher confidence in proceeding with
some of the half-completes fixes.
