[Debian-salsa-ci] Publish stats about salsa.debian.org?

You should maybe take a step back and read my mail again before writing such a nonsense.
And yes, gathering statistics via api can be very expensive when done wrong and therefore
we have a deep interest how that dashboard is realized. 

And tbh, I am not a big fan of gathering statistics just because we can. Especially not if those
statistics add another burden on a busy system.
