[Debian-salsa-ci] Added Arnaud and Aayush as 'Maintainers' in Salsa CI

Hi!

FYI: Based on top contributors in past couple of years and with
emphasize on recent activity, I decided to add Arnaud and Aayush as
'Maintainer' at
https://salsa.debian.org/groups/salsa-ci-team/-/group_members

It is very nice that we have a lot of contributions and MRs, but it
puts a lot of strain on only a handful of current core contributors to
review and merge everything. With this change we have more people who
can also merge MRs. I trust you to be diligent in what gets merged.

Note that already from before, a way larger group of people can add
their Approve to MRs, and anyone with a Salsa account can "thumbs up"
and comment MRs to help us prioritize and get MRs reviewed and merged
faster.
