Did you run into any trouble? Which part needs ClientForm.py?

Bibus should no longer need ClientForm.py, as (to my knowledge) the only
part using it was the eTBlast search. This one doesn't work at the moment
and is therefore disabled. Thus I removed ClientForm.py from the bibus
package without adding any dependency on python-clientform.
