Bug#553701: mpi-defaults: please also switch hurd-i386 to openmpi

Because of lack of hurd support for sem_open, lam will not be possible
to build on hurd-i386 in the near and medium future, so it would be
useful to switch mpi-defaults to openmpi, for which we already have a
pending patch (and uploaded a package on debian-ports).
