I intend to adopt the cfortran package, and plan to set debian science as 
comaintainers. However the section of the package is dev and not science as 
required by policy, but it is useful as a devel tool for science package

This package has a high popcon of 900.

I need a sponsor.

I have an acount on alioth and I will get my gpg key signed asap by a debian 
mainteners.

I plan to use git
