Bug#546729: libnauty-dev: misses /usr/lib/libnauty.so symlink

This binary package should be held out of testing for now as packages
linking against libnauty either silently link to the static library or
FTBFS. The fix is easy, and done in git, but it will probably take a
few more days to get tested and uploaded.
