Update on the merge of pkg-scicomp

Hello guys,

Some information about the status of pkg-scicomp.
I switch the project to invisible on Alioth in order to avoid new people
to come into the project.

I also started to update the pages on the wiki to show that this team is
going to move its efforts to Debian Science (and also started some
cleanup).

In the next few days, I would like to start reporting bug against the
remaining packages [1]. 
After that, I will do some "team upload" to switch them from pkg-scicomp
=> Debian Science. 

By the way, drop me an email if you want me to handle the package
migrations for you. I won't mind doing it for you.
