Bug#593731: fenics: uninstallable on hppa

Package: fenics
Version: 10.06-1
Severity: serious
Justification: uninstallable

The fenics package depends on libdolfin0-dev, which doesn't exist on
hppa (it needs petsc which doesn't build there).

Cheers,
Julien
