Hi,

I added a description in /git/debian-science/packages/tango.git/description,
and aded “subjectdesc = tango” to the hooks in
/git/debian-science/packages/tango.git/config in order to have more informative
subjects for the commit emails.

I also wanted to edit /git/debian-science/packages/setup-repository to add a
line containing “/usr/bin/git config --add hooks.subjectdesc $PACKAGE”, so that
future packages get a ‘subjectdesc’ for free, but the file is not
group-writable (it is owned by piccaf-guest).
