Thanks very much for the bug report, and the patch.  I can confirm the
package also fails to build from source in a current sid chroot.
I'll have to look at the patch a bit more carefully, but it seems that
it causes a change in the ABI of libnauty, and that therefore a soname
bump and library package rename will be required.
