Bug#569231: Patch file against jhdf-2.5

Hi there!

This is probably my final contribution to the icon/desktop issue.

The patch contains a changeset for Makefile.in, this chunk might go to 
the debian/patches directory.
The other parts add files to the debian directory and modify 
hdfview.install. So they will end up in the diff.gz file.

The icon appears now in:
* kde (dolphin)
* gnome
* lxde (PCMan)
* krusader

and probably many more programs using freedesktop standards.

Two changes might be necessary to the control file:
The build process will need convert/imagemagick.
Hdfview appears now in the libs software section, it is probably better 
in the java section.
