problem with the setup-repository script

I tryed to create a new repository with this script

but I got this error message

piccaf-guest at alioth:/git/debian-science/packages$ ./setup-repository pytango "Packaging for pytango"
Initialized empty shared Git repository in /srv/git.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/pytango.git/
chmod: cannot access `hooks/post-update': No such file or directory

In fact the post-update hook is named post-update.sample

So the script must be updated.
