Bug#586340: libelmersolver-5.5.0: should depend on mumps

Hi,

MUMPS appears in Elmer solvers list. However, since there is no
dependencies upon mumps libraries in elmer packages, Elmer cannot use
mumps.
Maybe some recommend or suggest to libmumps-ptscotch could be added?
