Package: python-openturns
Version: 0.13.2-2
Severity: normal
Since version 0.13.2, OpenTURNS must be linked with python-rpy2 instead of python-rpy.
In the file python/configure.ac, the python package rpy2 is specified as an optional dependency.
The package python-rpy2 is used to quickly display some graphs. It can be tested with this small script:
from openturns import *
a=Normal(0., 1.)
Show(a.drawPDF())
This script does not work with python-rpy, but it works when python-rpy2 is installed.
