Bug#582627: Missing tarball

Hello,

Debian requires a .tar.gz or similar source tree file (typically
tarball), but there is none for freecad 0.10, only an Ubuntu .deb.

Do you know where we can find such a file?  If it's not available, our
hands are tied.
