Bug#602434: astk: FTBFS because of missing build dependency eficas

Package: astk
Version: 1.8.3-1
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source

Hi,

This version has a build dependency on eficas, but eficas is not
packaged in
Debian, even if there is a RFP from 2008.
This means that astk is not buildable in sid.

Thanks,
Fabrice
