Bug#599052: libmedc-dev: med_exit_if.h missing?

Hi,
I'm trying to build an application to export OpenFOAM mesh 
and results to MED data format. So I started with the tutorials present in the doc. While trying to compile the first 
example, I got the following error:
/usr/include/med_utils.h:22:25: error: med_exit_if.h: No such file or directory

I 
checked in /usr/include and didnt find the file. I then checked the installed files of the deb package and this heated 
is not present in the pachage.
Is it voluntary that this file is not present in the deb package or has it been 
forgotten?
