The API is unchanged, except for the "proj" unix command (/usr/bin/proj)
that becomes an option of the "field" unix command (/usr/bin/field) as for
	field -proj +options

It seems that most of debian packages use "XXX-bin" instead of "XXX-runtime".
So, I've changed "rheoflef-runtime" into "rheolef-bin".
