Bug 588418, empty libatlas-test

Hi, I'm attending a BSP and I tried to understand what is going wrong
with libatlas-test. As you can see, the package is empty

  http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/amd64/libatlas-test/filelist

The package takes ages to compile, thus I can't make many attempts
with my laptop. I see no .install for the -test package, and digging in
svn is hard since the package changed repository.

Any ideas where to look for?
