Bug#595237: hdfview: underdocumented

There is
  - no manual page
  - no README
  - no command line option, such as --help
  - no online help in the package
  - no example file

There is an online help, that uses a web browser and connects
to a remote site hdfgroup.org. I have some objections against
this kind of help:
  - the package does not depend on a web browser
  - the software might be used in an environment not
    connected to the internet
  - the site hdfgroup.org might be down or restructured
  - a user of hdfview might not want, that hdfgroup.org
    does know about them using the software (privacy!)
