Bug#595683: paraview: No menu file

It seems that paraview has no menu file or .desktop file, so it doesn't appear
in the Debian or Gnome menus. A Debian menu file for paraview could be like
this (using the menu file for 'dx' as a template):

It would be installed at the following path:

/usr/share/menu/paraview
