Package: src:scotch
Version: 5.1.11.dfsg-5
Scotch is FTBFS on several architectures: i386, ia64, mipsel, sparc.

It builds fine on armel, hppa and s390.
This correlates with the buildds which use more than one job. A
work-around may be to disable parallel building.
