I think this is done. The MUMPS package should now build on all arches,
and Elmer as a result:
* alpha: blocked by bug 620393 in blacs-mpi, which was closed on
Saturday; also a deprecated architecture [1] so no longer a bug
* i386, ia64, kfreebsd-i386, mips[el], sparc: blocked by bugs
619935 and 620973 in scotch, fixed yesterday and today
* hppa: blocked by a binNMU of scalapack last August which linked
to ATLAS, but a deprecated architecture [1] so no longer a bug
