Bug#623786: libblitz0-dev: unusable pkg-config

Package: libblitz0-dev
Version: 1:0.9-10
Severity: normal

The pkg-config output leaves something to be desired:

   # pkg-config blitz --cflags
   -I/build/buildd-blitz++_0.9-10-amd64-X9So8H/blitz++-0.9/.
   # pkg-config blitz --libs
   -L/build/buildd-blitz++_0.9-10-amd64-X9So8H/blitz++-0.9/src/.libs -lblitz

While these might work it would be better to use correct paths - /build
doesn't exist on debian systems typically.
