Bug#638939: aweather: Segfault at startup

The error seems to be caused by the Env plugin being loaded too early on
some systems.

A workaround is to edit /usr/share/aweather/defaults.ini and change
env=true to env=false.

Alternately, copy default.ini to ~/.config/aweather/config.ini and
change the env value there. (This is done automatically if it starts and
exits successfully)
