Your .dsc file contains the following:

Archive has the following:
e96fbded800b75cad90c58ce66393ce4 24266192 freefem++_3.17.orig.tar.gz

Please reupload after checking your .dsc file has the latter under its
"Files" section, otherwise upload will be rejected due md5sum mismatch.
