Dear maintainer
libmatheval has recently dropped the versioning of the -dev package name as the
api of this library is very stable.
The new name of the package is libmatheval-dev.

Your package should now depend on libmatheval-dev instead of libmatheval1-dev.
The contents of the package remains the same.
