Hello,

This was fixed in Ubuntu by removing libtool-related includes from
02-acinclude.patch (resulting version of the patch attached) and then
regenerating 99-autoreconf.patch. I'm not attaching 99-autoreconf.patch
here (it's 2 Mb), it can be obtained from this version of package:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/med-fichier/2.3.6-6ubuntu1

and on its own from here:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/oneiric/med-fichier/oneiric/files/13/debian/patches/
