Yes - I experience the problem with several d-shlibs using packages.

I suggest waiting for me to publish a newer d-shlibs package (which is 
arch-all so need no waiting for build-daemons to sync).

I do not recommend to tighten build-dependency on that working version 
of d-shlibs, however, as really it is a workaround and the real problem 
is in a recent change to APT and/or fakeroot which is expected to be 
solved soon.  But that's for you to decide :-)
