If you are not sure you might like to have a look here:

I guess it becomes obvious what needs to be done and the repository
grants commit permissions to any DD.  However, I just added the packages
below:

BTW, even if the package is not yet uploaded the tasks pages

and
  http://blends.alioth.debian.org/science/tasks/astronomy-dev

will be updated according to this change after the next cron run.
