Bug#635461: gmp: Please include support for s390x
Philipp Kern
pkern at debian.org
Mon Jul 25 23:53:42 UTC 2011
Package: gmp
Version: 5.0.1+dfsg-7
Severity: wishlist
Tags: patch
User: debian-s390 at lists.debian.org
Usertags: s390x
gmp does not properly build on s390x yet. There is a patch by Andreas
Krebbel[1] that fixes the issue. The resulting files allow even the
current version of gmp to build on s390x and to pass the test suite.
See the attached debdiff for a proper patch. (It needs autoconf to be
run because of the configure.in changes, but it's really tiny if those
are skipped.)
Kind regards
Philipp Kern
