Bug#626915: qtiplot not working without internet connection

A workaround for this (until the problem is solved) is putting "www.qtiplot.ro" as 127.0.0.1 (localhost) in /etc/hosts.
So everytime qtiplot opens, it will reach "www.qtiplot.ro" because it is the localhost address and it won't crash anymore. Still, the browser window will open, but that's the lesser problem.
