svn repository

Hello, I updated a few tasks with some of the packages, that I maintain.
but when I try to push the modification with git svn I got this error message.

picca at mordor:~/Debian/debian-science/debian-science$ git svn dcommit

Autorisation refusée: Authorization failed at /usr/lib/git-core/git-svn line 4459


Is it possible to add myself picca at debian.org to the svn repository
