It would be nice if not only the FFMPEG/AVI movie encoder was enabled,
but also the Ogg/Theora encoder.

I submitted attached patch as follows to Ubuntu:

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Enable and depend on Ogg/Theora. LP: #728505

IMHO it would be preferable if it was applied in Debian.
