Hi Adam,

This may be because you did not "git pull alioth upstream" and
git-buildpackage tries to apply this patch against the old 6.3.0
sources.
I just tried git-buildpackage --pristine-tar here, and put the
generated tarball at
  http://alioth.debian.org/~barbier-guest/tmp/opencascade_6.5.0.dfsg.orig.tar.bz2
(bz2 cuts tarball size from 49MiB down to 40MiB).

Maybe we should remove
    samples/mfc/04_Viewer3d/src/TexturesExt_Presentation.cpp.bak
    samples/mfc/09_Animation/src/AnimationView3D.cpp.bak
from this tarball? They are removed by running "make clean".
