Hi maintianer!

I'm sorry, but I fear your debian/copyright is incomplete.

Documents/Papers/InsightJournal2008 contains several files with different
copyright holdes, some of them not suitable for main:

For example picins.sty contains:

%       !!!  Dieses Style-File ist urheberrechtlich geschuetzt  !!!
%       !!!  Aenderungen nur mit Zustimmung der Autoren         !!!

While times.sty refers to an other source file, which doesn't seem to be
present.
