Bug#646417: debian-science: Please update MPI implementations in distributedcomputing task

The last update to python-scientific replaced the lampython and mpichpython
packages with openmpipython and mpich2python, which will be the two actively
maintained MPI implementations going forward.  The attached patch updates the
distributedcomputing task to reflect these new binary packages.
