getfem++ does not migrate to testing

#653820 is marked as fixed in a version that is not in the archive.

scilab-getfem++ missing on kfreebsd-*.  If you drop packages only on
some architectures, you have to request removal (reportbug
ftp.debian.org).  Or improve dak so they show up in the cruft
report[2].
