Rheolef means "rheo" + "ef". Rheo is a grec word that meas material
that flows (water, mud, blood, etc). EF means "éléments finis".
This library was initiated from applications to fluid mechanics
with nonlinear and complex behavior (we speak now of Non-Newtonian fluids).
Its application is now more general, applied mathematics, but the original
name maintains some relations to these origins.
