The package fails to build in a test rebuild on at least amd64 with
gcc-4.7/g++-4.7, but succeeds to build with gcc-4.6/g++-4.6.

xmlHelper.h:59:2: error: 'stream_cast' was not declared in this scope, and no declarations were found by argument-dependent lookup at the point of instantiation [-fpermissive]
